WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  • According to the GDPR, you have the right:

    • Request access to your personal data,
    • request the correction of your personal data,
    • request the deletion of your personal data,
    • Requests to restrict the processing of personal data,
    • Object to the processing of personal data,
    • Requests for the transfer of personal data. If you make any of the above requests to us without undue delay – and in any event within one month of receiving the request – we will inform you of the action taken in relation to your request. If necessary, we may extend the monthly period by a further two months due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receipt of the request for an extension of the deadline and give you the reasons for the delay.

Right of access to personal data (Article 15 GDPR)

You have the right to obtain information about whether we process your personal data. If we process your personal data, you have the right:

  • Access to personal data,

The right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR)

If your personal data is inaccurate, you have the right to request that we correct your personal data without delay. You also have the right to request that we amend your personal data.   • The right to erasure of personal data, the so-called “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR)

    You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if:

    • Your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
    • you have withdrawn your explicit consent, insofar as personal data were processed on the basis of your consent;
    • your personal data has been processed unlawfully;
    • You have objected to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing of personal data is related to direct marketing;
    • You have objected to the processing of your personal data in connection with processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the legitimate interests of us or a third party. Despite a request for erasure of personal data, we may continue to process your data in order to assert, enforce or defend claims about which you will be informed / notified. The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR)

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if:

  • You question the accuracy of your personal data – in this case, we restrict the processing of your personal data for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of this data; the processing of your data is unlawful and you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of the erasure of your personal data; your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes of the processing, but it is needed to assert, enforce or defend your claims;

The right to request the transfer of personal data (Article 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another personal data controller. By default, we provide you with your personal data in CSV format. If you would like the data to be provided to you in a different format, please indicate the preferred format in your request. Where possible, we will try to provide you with the data in your preferred format. You may also request that we send your personal data directly to another administrator (where technically possible). Can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The revocation of your consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out by us on the basis of your consent until the revocation. Complaint to the supervisory authority

In Poland, the supervisory authority for the purposes of the GDPR is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, which replaced GIODO on 25 May 2018. When surfing the websites of the online shop, “cookies” are used, hereinafter referred to as cookies, i.e. small text information that is stored on your end device in connection with the use of the online shop.
